Standard Practice: For inventory items,
deliver as soon as the order is

For items with moulds, deliver in 10
days after the order is received.
For items with the moulds to be
developed, deliver in 30 days after the
order is received.
In case of emergency, we can make
expedited handling for you.
If notified of the annual demands, we
can accordingly make special
arrangements for you and produce your
required products in advance.
·Shipment
You can specify shipping methods such as
air freight and we will deliver the
goods on time.
·Reply to customers’ Complaints
If you find the goods incomplete or
inconsistent to the standard within 30
days after the goods are received, you
can file complaints to us and we will
have a designated person notify you of
how to handle the goods in hand and of
other necessary remedy measures within
24 hours.
·Warranty
We guarantee that you won’t find any
defect in all purchased products and
their materials within a year after the
day of delivery. If the product is
proved to be unable to provide
sealability or inconsistent to the
functions required by the original
design or incompliant with the standards
agreed by both sides, then we will cover
the cost for substitute goods and its
freight, but installation cost and costs
for other damages caused by defect goods
are not included. |
